SET GYM – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to SET Gym (Strength • Endurance • Training), operated by Belly Behind Belt Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “SET Gym”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing a membership, enrolling in any program, or using our facilities, services, or digital platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

All members must be 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By enrolling at SET Gym, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. Services Offered

SET Gym provides access to physical fitness facilities and services, which may include but are not limited to:

Gym floor access

Personal training and transformation programs

Group training sessions (Hyrox, functional training, strength & conditioning, etc.)

Wellness, mobility, and recovery services

Nutritional guidance (where applicable)

Educational content and in-house communication via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or gym platforms

The availability of services may vary by membership plan.

3. Member Responsibilities

By joining SET Gym, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete personal and health information during onboarding

Follow gym rules, safety guidelines, and trainer instructions at all times

Use equipment responsibly and return it to designated areas after use

Maintain respectful conduct toward staff, trainers, and fellow members

You acknowledge that fitness results vary based on individual effort, consistency, health conditions, and lifestyle factors. SET Gym does not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

All exercise, training, and wellness services offered at SET Gym are intended for general fitness and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice.

You are strongly advised to consult a qualified medical professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

By participating in any activity at SET Gym, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

5. Payments, Memberships & Refunds

All membership fees, program charges, and service fees are communicated clearly at the time of enrollment

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing

Memberships cannot be paused, transferred, or extended unless specified in your membership agreement

SET Gym reserves the right to revise pricing, packages, or services with prior notice

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, training systems, workout structures, program names, written material, visual content, and proprietary methods used at SET Gym are the exclusive intellectual property of Belly Behind Belt Pvt. Ltd.

Unauthorized copying, recording, distribution, or commercial use of any content or methodology is strictly prohibited.

7. Communication Consent

By registering with SET Gym, you consent to receive communications from us, including:

Membership updates

Program notifications

Service announcements

Promotional offers

Communication may occur via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone. Message frequency may vary. Standard messaging and data charges may apply. You may opt out of promotional communication at any time by contacting our support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SET Gym, its directors, employees, trainers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from:

Use of gym equipment

Participation in training sessions

Failure to follow instructions or safety guidelines

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Modifications to Terms

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
